Aligning Text

A basic attribute of text in a document is how it is oriented on the page. Left-justified is the default setting for text being entered into a document. The text begins at the left margin and moves to the right as you type. The easiest way to change the alignment of text in a document is by using the alignment buttons in the toolbar. Use these buttons to align new text or text that is selected. Note, if you are typing new text with a particular justification, the selected justification stays in effect until you change it.
